Elf Giveaway TOS

These Terms and Conditions govern the Bums & Roses Social Media Sweeps (the "Sweepstakes") conducted by Bums & Roses (the sponsor). By entering, participants agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 contiguous United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Entries can be submitted through Instagram from 11/20 - 11/22. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.  

Winners will be randomly selected and notified via Instagram Direct Messages, and they may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability release. By entering, participants grant the Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes.
