These Terms and Conditions govern the Bums & Roses Social Media Sweeps (the "Sweepstakes") conducted by Bums & Roses (the "Sponsor"). By entering, participants agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and these Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 contiguous United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.

2. Entry Period: Entries may be submitted through Instagram from 12/13-12/16. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

3. Affiliation Disclaimer: This Sweepstakes is hosted solely by Bums & Roses and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Warner Bros. Discovery ("WBD") or any of its affiliates.

4. Indemnification: By entering the Sweepstakes, participants agree to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WBD and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs) arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to any claims related to violations of these Terms and Conditions, entrant negligence, or any breach of applicable laws or regulations.

5. Winner Selection: Winners will be randomly selected and notified via Instagram Direct Messages, and they may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability release. By entering, participants grant the Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes.
