Shipping & Returns Policy

SHIPPING

Shipping in the United States? Shipping is FREE for you if: 

a) You make a rewards account (click the button in the bottom right of our homepage) 

b) Your order is $50+ or more

If you don't want to do either of those, we will add a small shipping fee to your order at checkout!

Shipping to Canada? 

Free shipping to Canada on orders over $150. 

Orders ship from our warehouse in 3-4 business days. 

Once orders leave our warehouse, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly. 

*Please note that there will be a delay in shipment if you use PayPal eCheck at checkout. It takes PayPal 3-5 days to process a PayPal eCheck and we can't fulfill the order until the payment clears. Your order will be fulfilled as soon as payment clears. 

 

TAXES & DUTIES

Customers are responsible for all taxes and duties that may apply on the order. We are not responsible for any such taxes or duties or delays caused by customs.

 

RESHIP

Refused, insufficient address, or undeliverable packages will be charged $10 shipping & handling in order to have your order re-sent. Orders will be refunded net of the $10 handling fee if the package is not reshipped. 

 

SHIPPING INSURANCE

You can protect your package for a small fee with shipping insurance at checkout. Shipping insurance covers lost, stolen, or damages in transit. It does not cover theft or damages after the tracking shows successfully delivered. Contact help@bumsandroses.com for any questions. 

 

REGULAR RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We offer free domestic returns and exchanges within 30 days from the original order date*, as long as the item is in original condition (unwashed/unworn), with the tags still attached, and in original packaging. 

Shipping charges are not refunded.

DAMAGES OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

You must notify us of damaged or defective items within 30 days of receipt to qualify for replacement. Please email help@bumsandroses.com with your order number and photos of the defect and we are happy to help!

 

MY ORDER IS INCORRECT

You must notify us of an incorrect order within 7 days of receipt to qualify for replacement. Please email help@bumsandroses.com with your order number and photos of what was received and we are happy to help!

 

ORDERS BOUGHT USING A DISCOUNT CODE 

*Products bought with BUY X GET Y codes are exchange only and can't be returned or refunded individually.

*Exchanges for equivalent items are available if the item is new, unworn/undamaged, and with tags attached. Otherwise will be refunded at the promotion value.

*Promotions valid for specified day only. No price adjustments allowed.

 

WHEN WILL MY RETURN/EXCHANGE BE PROCESSED?

Returns/exchanges will be processed within 3-5 business days.

Returns/exchanges must be received by Bums & Roses within 2 weeks of receiving a return label.

Exchanges are subject to availability upon receipt of the returned item.
