Absolutely the cutest dress. Every girl needs a TuTu!!!
Bums and Roses are wonderful . I have dresses, rompers, tutu dresses. They can grow with your baby. They don’t shrink. I get many compliments on how I dress our girl. Worth the money!!! Only one complaint is I pay for 2 day shipping and it never arrives in 2 days . They won’t refund you the extra shipping., which is terrible business but let’s face it ,I keep coming back because I love the outfits!!!
